Replacements for Damaged Items Only

We offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
    (Replacements cannot be processed without this.)


How to Request a Replacement

  1. WhatsApp us at 9497009568 with:

    • Your order details

    • A clear unboxing video showing the damage

  2. Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.


Important Notes

  • No cancellations are allowed after placing an order.
